Since 2014, we’ve supported Hope School, a local tuition centre in Siem Reap, Cambodia that offers free learning and care to almost 1,000 children. Our sustained contribution continually benefits more than 350 amazing kids and their communities.
In 2019, to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we funded the construction of Hope House – a dormitory for Hope School. The dormitory makes it possible for over 25 children from remote villages to attend school regularly.
The Refugee Union is a NGO that works to safeguard human rights in Hong Kong. For over a decade, Stepworks has supported the refugee-run organisation with regular pro-bono work.

Stepworks subscribes to this carbon offsetting program to keep our operations and our colleagues’ home lives carbon neutral. Oh, and the estimated carbon emissions from hosting this website is offset too, through this program.
