Stepworks develops identity for refillable fragrance bottle brand Travalo

Travalo is an innovative refillable scent spray bottle designed to make applying scent fast, convenient and hassle-free on the go. A global success story, Travalo has sold more than 20 million units in every continent.
 
Travalo turned to Hong Kong branding and communications agency Stepworks to drive its image upgrade by redesigning its customer-centred touchpoints such as POS displays, launch event invitations, posters, its eCommerce website – and even the product itself. 
 
The scent of success
 
Travalo integrates proprietary technology into its wide product range. The innovative product offers attractive benefits, yet its use isn’t immediately obvious. Therefore it was important that product benefits and practical instructions were easy to understand. 
 
Stepworks provided Travalo with a strategic brand model and roadmap to build on its business. Stepworks also gave Travalo an upgraded logo, revamped packaging and product design, and stronger communications collateral. The new identity positions the brand in the premium fragrance-related space.
 
Through the rebranding initiative, the agency simplified Travalo’s messaging, clarified its benefits and took the brand to the next level.
