Swire Pacific’s reports share the sustainability efforts of their four business areas with investors, employees and green groups.
The group sought a creative partner with the digital expertise to continuously upgrade reporting standards as new sustainability metrics emerge.
Stepworks helped produce eight annual editions of Swire Pacific’s sustainability reports. The team provided creative concepts, infographics and digital design, and code support.
Easy navigation, clear information hierarchy and subtle animation improves the user experience. Stepworks and Swire Pacific ensured each report evolved each year based on stakeholder expectations, legal regulations and user feedback.
Consistent digital touchpoints – Stepworks created a design theme for each year’s report that extended to announcement emails, summary documents and downloadable PDF versions.
Deeper engagement – Performance data from past reports were rarely read. Creating useful tools and interactive matrices made them easy to understand, compare and share for improved audience engagement.
Tight deadlines met – Due to frequent regulatory changes and tight deadlines, Stepworks and Swire Pacific worked closely to deliver on time and to an exceptional standard.
Ongoing partnership – Close teamwork led to Stepworks being trusted to develop each new report. This helped the Stepworks team propose and implement improvements earlier and more effectively.
